These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of NokPal – AI Calorie Tracker (the "App").

By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. Operator Information

NokPal – AI Calorie Tracker is operated and developed by Asadbek Sayfuddinov, an independent developer based in Uzbekistan.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the App.

4. Description of the Service

NokPal helps users track nutrition by allowing users to:

• Take or upload photos of meals
• Receive AI-based food detection and calorie/macronutrient estimates
• Track nutrition progress over time
• Search foods and scan barcodes

Features may change over time as we improve the App.

5. Accounts

You may need to create an account (for example, using your email) to access certain features.

You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate account information
• Maintaining the security of your account credentials
• All activity that occurs under your account

6. AI Features Disclaimer

The App uses artificial intelligence to estimate calories and nutritional values (including protein, carbohydrates, and fats).

AI outputs are estimates and may not be fully accurate. Results depend on factors such as image quality, food complexity, and model limitations.

AI-generated results are estimates and should not be used for medical diagnosis or treatment.

The App is not medical advice, nutritional therapy, or diagnosis. Always use your own judgment and consult a qualified professional for medical or dietary decisions.

7. Health and Safety Disclaimer

The App is for informational and personal tracking purposes only. You are solely responsible for how you interpret and use any results, insights, or recommendations.

8. Subscriptions and Payments

Some features may require a paid subscription.

If you purchase a subscription:

• Billing is handled by Apple App Store or Google Play, depending on your device
• Payment terms, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are governed by the applicable app store terms
• We do not store your full credit card or payment card details

9. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for illegal, harmful, or fraudulent purposes
• Interfere with or disrupt App functionality
• Attempt unauthorized access to systems or user accounts
• Reverse engineer, copy, or misuse the App except as allowed by law

10. Intellectual Property

The App, including its software, design, branding, text, graphics, and content (excluding your own submitted content), is protected by intellectual property laws.

Use of the App does not transfer ownership rights to you.

11. User Content

You may submit content such as food images and profile data. You retain your rights in your content.

By using the App, you grant us a limited license to process your content solely to operate, improve, and provide App features, including AI analysis.

12. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy:

13. Service Availability and Changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the App at any time, with or without notice, to improve performance, security, or user experience, or for legal/business reasons.

14. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the App if you violate these Terms or if required for legal, security, or operational reasons.

You may stop using the App at any time and may request account deletion by contacting us.

15. Disclaimers

The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the maximum extent permitted by law.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free operation, or absolute accuracy of outputs.

16. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Asadbek Sayfuddinov is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill arising from your use of the App.

Where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law, liability is limited to the minimum extent permitted by law.

17. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Asadbek Sayfuddinov from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of your misuse of the App or your violation of these Terms.

18. International Use

The App is operated from Uzbekistan and made available globally. You are responsible for complying with local laws that apply to your use of the App.

19. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date and may provide additional notice in the App.

Your continued use of the App after updated Terms become effective means you accept the revised Terms.

20. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Uzbekistan, without regard to conflict of law principles, unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence.
